Vegas!

For those going to Las Vegas, we will not be doing our usual IMG dinner on thursday evening. I have decided to pass on Vegas this year to focus on my family and the long term plans for IMG ,Freshley Media and HeartStar Diamonds. Without our dinner there really is little reason for me to be there.

After almost 20 years of jewelry store advertising (IMG was started in 1993, can you believe it?) I have learned that we grow organically as a group. Our members come through referrals from successful jewelers in our group like you, not from trade shows. In fact, I’ve learned that folks who bounce around trade shows looking for a silver bullet solution never last long as clients anyway. They don’t get it! They are almost always retailers who are desperately looking for the quick fix and rarely do they meet my standards. You really are part of an elite group.

Here are what is required to be an IMG member and client of Freshley Media:
•You sell Ideal Cut Diamonds
•Your store is at least 10 years old
•You are an American Gem Society member or at least subscribe to AGS standards
•Your city population is greater than 100,000 or your market area consists of at least 250,000 people
•You are at least 60 miles from the nearest largest city
•You are at least 100 miles from any current IMG client.
•Any IMG client in your state must agree to your membership in IMG.

So you see, we are really only looking for the best and the brightest stores to add to our group. Store like yours.

I am open to adding a couple of stores this year, and this summer is the perfect time to join us, so as you are networking with better jewelers, please don’t be shy about sharing with them how good you’ve been doing and how your business is growing. Let them pick your brain and if you think they are a great fit for Ideal Marketing Group, tell them about Freshley Media.
